As a full service equipment solutions provider, Mill-Ore has the responsibility to its customers to assure that the products supplied are installed, operated and maintained properly. To facilitate this goal, Mill-Ore will dispatch a Field Service Technician or Engineer to support the ongoing operations of the equipment it has supplied.
These services are typically required in response to customer concerns over:
- mechanical failures
- performance concerns
- maintenance procedures
- parts fitting issues
- optimization support – process or wear.
Mill-Ore has the ability to provide Commissioning Services in both official languages: English and French.
